Your systems.
Working together.

Connect the tools you already use. Automate the tasks your people repeat by hand. Build the software your team needs to move work forward.

Discuss your process

01What repeats

Somebody in your company is copying a numberfrom one screen into another right now.

They will do it again tomorrow. Every repetition is a chance to get it wrong, and the mistake only surfaces once it has travelled through three more systems.

02The crossing

A bridge between a signal and a decision.

Everything in between is ours to solve: reading from the systems you already run, applying the rules, and turning what comes out into something a person can act on. Scroll, and carry one order across.

  1. 01

We start at your end of the bridge.

Before any tool is chosen, we sit with the people doing the work and find what actually repeats, where it breaks, and what it costs you.

  2. 02

    We design the span.

Knowledge from projects we have already delivered, the tools we have built, and whatever the problem genuinely needs that is new — combined into one solution shaped for your process, not a product you have to bend to fit.

  3. 03

    We cross it with you.

The people who know the work and the people who build the system stay on it together. That is what carries a solution from an idea to something running in production.

One connected workflow. No retyping between systems.

03What we do

Make the work flow.

Retyping orders. Chasing updates. Assembling reports. We help connect the tools behind those tasks so the work can move forward.

Find your starting point

Connect your ERP, legacy software, emails and spreadsheets. We map the work, build the integrations and automate the steps your team repeats by hand.

04Selected work

What our projects
changed.

Practical connections in retail and agriculture, with outcomes reported by Bridge2Things.

Retail operations

+90%replenishment efficiency

The shelf notices before the customer does.

Sensors and cameras detect an empty shelf. AI analyses the signal, automation alerts the stocker and photo evidence reaches the manufacturer.

Precision agriculture

−20%water consumption

Water where it’s needed. When it’s needed.

Soil measurements, farm integrations and AI replace a fixed irrigation schedule. Each plot gets a decision based on its own data, available through a mobile app.

30% less pesticide

Connected retail

+60%store visits

A store visit becomes an experience.

Indoor location and augmented reality bring gamification into a mobile app. A connected application tracks behaviour and prizes automatically.

40% more sales on paired products

Reported outcomes from Bridge2Things’ project descriptions; results depend on each implementation.

What we are
building in 2026.

Four products in beta or production. No outcome figures yet — these are live systems, not finished case studies.

In production · Brazil

Kern

Bridge2Things product

An AI coach that trains the athlete in front of it.

Endurance athletes rarely train one discipline. Kern builds and adapts training plans across running, cycling, swimming and strength, talks to athletes over WhatsApp by voice or text, and remembers each athlete's history — so a missed session is read in context instead of flagged as failure. In production for the Brazilian market.

In development · Europe

MatchUp

Bridge2Things product

A game tonight, with someone at your level.

A mobile app that pairs nearby players for a spontaneous match, starting with table tennis. Location-based discovery, direct challenges, rankings and venue maps — so finding an opponent takes less effort than the game itself. In development for the European market.

In production

AIAgent

Custom development · client HostU

A digital reception that never sleeps.

Custom development for HostU, which runs guest communication for holiday rentals. AIAgent reads each guest message in the guest's own language, grounds every answer in the real booking and property data, and hands over to a human the moment one is needed. It learns from what the agents actually send, and runs entirely on the client's own hardware.

In production

iAge

Client product · Ireland

One system for the whole clinic day.

Built for a client in Ireland: general management of clinics, staff and doctors through their daily tasks and patient activities. Scheduling, records, treatments and payments sit in one place, so the practice runs from a single system instead of five that never speak to each other.

05Where we connect

Built around
your real world.

Illustration of planted crop rows with drip irrigation, a soil probe and a connected field controller.

Every plot has a different story.

Connect soil sensors, aerial imaging and farm systems. Make plot-level decisions for conventional, organic, hydroponic and urban farms.

06About us

From sensors in Brazil to connected processes in Vienna.

Bridge2Things Automation Process GmbH · Vienna, Austria

  1. 2017

    Founded in Brazil.

Partners made the sensors. Bridge2Things built everything above them: the data collection, the analysis and a separate dashboard for each project.

  2. 2020

The whole operation moves to Austria.

During a restructuring, the founder moved the entire company to Vienna. The way of working did not change: a custom solution for each market segment.

  3. Today

    Agriculture, livestock, health and industry.

Development on demand: projects connect sensors, with or without their own communication, to the systems clients already run. Automation and data analysis, with or without AI, turn the readings into dashboard indicators. What clients gain is a more efficient process or a lower cost.

Vision

A company that brings a passion for innovation into everything it is, and develops solutions for its customers and partners.

Mission

Innovation and knowledge, transformed into solutions.

Principles
  1. New processes, products, production or services to serve our customers.
  2. Constant evaluation and evolution.
  3. Use of an internal or external multifunctional knowledge base.

07How we work, the tools, the knowledge

From process to implementation.

Start with the way your team works. Define the scope, build the connection and put it into use.

  1. 01

    Understand your process

Start with the task, the people doing it and the systems involved. Identify what repeats and where information gets stuck.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

Assess the integrations, available data and constraints. Establish a practical approach and what the proposed solution needs to achieve.

  3. 03

    Build the connection

Develop the integrations, automation and applications around the agreed process. Check the workflow with real operating requirements.

  4. 04

    Put it to work

Bring the connected workflow into use with your team. Define the handover and ongoing requirements for your particular solution.

08Before we begin

Before we begin.

Can you work with the systems we already use?

Integration is a core part of our work, including ERP and legacy applications. Feasibility depends on the interfaces and access each system provides. The first step is to understand your current setup.

Do we need to know exactly what to automate?

No. Start with a task your team repeats, information that gets copied between tools, or a decision that takes too long. That gives us a concrete process to examine together.

How is a project priced?

The scope depends on the systems involved, the integrations required, the availability of data and the software to be built. Discussing those factors is the starting point for a project-specific proposal.

How long does implementation take?

There is no single timeline for every process. Access to systems, data quality and integration complexity all affect delivery. The scope and implementation approach need to be assessed before a reliable schedule can be proposed.

What about data access, hosting and support?

These need to be agreed for your particular project. Tell us about your access restrictions, hosting requirements and support expectations so they can be considered alongside the technical scope.
